aokinspektrometerFP470:
The aokinspectrometerFP470 combines low detection limits with robustness and easy handling, due to the use of modern excitation light sources, a well proven filter technique and highly sensitive detectors. The time-dependent change of the measurement signal is recorded in ms resolution and can be used for further calculations.

The detection mode is infinitely adjustable (e.g. fluorescence intensity, polarized fluorescence intensities or values derived such as polarization or anisotropy).

All measurements are statistically as well as kinetically evaluated. Typical application areas are homogenous immunoassays (competitive and non-competitive) as well as slow reaction kinetics.

aokinmycontrol software:
The software controls carrying out measurements and the automatic evaluation of measuring data. Its structure is modulare and is distinguished by its easy and intuitive handling. The analysis of routine measurements is performed using the module “Sample Measurements”.

Advanced users and laboratories which develop their own analysis and application have access to modules used for calibrating of routine applications and a specific module designed for research purposes and assay developments.
